3. Orders and Payment

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations by dental professionals must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled placement date to receive a full refund of our matching fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled placement may not be eligible for a refund of our matching fee.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Placement times are approximate, and we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Dental professionals must provide accurate job descriptions and requirements.
