We are committed to making the hiring process easier and more efficient for both dental professionals and job seekers while maintaining the highest standards of service. 3. Orders and Payment • All service requests must be placed through our website. • Payments for services provided by dental hygienists and assistants are made directly between the dental professional and the contractor. • We charge dental professionals a fee for matching them with contractors. This fee will be outlined on our website. • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. • We reserve the right to modify pricing, service offerings, and terms without prior notice. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Cancellations by dental professionals must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled placement date to receive a full refund of our matching fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled placement may not be eligible for a refund of our matching fee. • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 5. Placement and Service • We strive to match qualified candidates with dental professionals based on the provided job requirements. • Placement times are approximate, and we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. • Dental professionals must provide accurate job descriptions and requirements. 6. Customer Responsibilities • Ensure all provided information (e.g., job descriptions, candidate requirements) is accurate and complete. • Inform us of any specific qualifications or certifications required for the role. • Communicate any changes to the job assignment promptly. • It is the responsibility of both dental professionals and contractors to confirm and maintain their eligibility, licensing, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We do not verify or guarantee the credentials of either party. 7.
